Motor and battery figures are optional: leave one blank if the maker does not publish it. With the Wh field blank, volts × amp-hours gives the capacity. Enter a peak figure only where the maker labels it peak.
Every submission is checked before it goes live. The battery, motor, weight and price must be stated, and the “Where to buy” link must be the model’s own page on the brand’s official website. A bike that passes goes live within minutes; any other is reviewed by our team. We may adjust or remove listings that don’t meet our data standards.

How do I recommend a bike?
Pick the brand from the list, type the exact model name, then fill in the specs (battery, range, weight, top speed and so on) along with the price and where-to-buy link for each region you select. The where-to-buy link should be the model's own page on the brand's official website. Add a clear product image if you have one, then hit Submit Bike. You do not need an account.
What happens after I submit a bike?
Your submission is saved with a pending status and checked automatically: the battery, motor, weight and price must be stated, and the where-to-buy link must open the model's own page on the brand's official website, with the model named on it. A bike that passes is published within minutes and appears in the database, calculators and search. Any other is reviewed by our team against the manufacturer's specifications and our data standards.
How long does approval take?
A submission that passes the automatic check goes live within minutes. One that needs our team is usually reviewed within a few business days. If key figures are missing or look wrong, or the link is not the brand's own page, review can take longer or the listing may be sent back.
Why was my submission changed or rejected?
We may correct values that do not match the manufacturer's published specifications, fix obvious typos, or remove submissions that are duplicates, spam, not an e-bike, or missing essential information. We aim to keep the database trustworthy, so every listing has to meet the same standard.
The bike I want to add already exists. What do I do?
Each brand and model can only be listed once, so the form will block a duplicate. If the existing listing has wrong or outdated specs or prices, contact us through the contact page with the correction and we will update it.
