How do I recommend a bike?
Pick the brand from the list, type the exact model name, then fill in the specs (battery, range, weight, top speed and so on) along with the price and where-to-buy link for each region you select. Add a clear product image if you have one, then hit Submit Bike. You do not need an account.
What happens after I submit a bike?
Your submission is saved with a pending status and is not shown on the public site yet. Our team reviews it for accuracy against manufacturer specifications and our data standards. Once it passes review we approve it, and the bike appears in the database, calculators and search automatically.
How long does approval take?
Most submissions are reviewed within a few business days. Listings with complete, accurate specs and a real product image are approved fastest. If key figures are missing or look wrong, review can take longer or the listing may be sent back.
Why was my submission changed or rejected?
We may correct values that do not match the manufacturer's published specifications, fix obvious typos, or remove submissions that are duplicates, spam, not an e-bike, or missing essential information. We aim to keep the database trustworthy, so every listing has to meet the same standard.
The bike I want to add already exists. What do I do?
Each brand and model can only be listed once, so the form will block a duplicate. If the existing listing has wrong or outdated specs or prices, contact us through the contact page with the correction and we will update it.
